Rental Conditions
Number of Guests
PETS
Arranmore Holiday Village accepts well behaved pets. Please advise at time of booking if your booking includes a pet.
The total number of people staying at each cottage must not exceed the capacity of the cottage. It is important that you confirm the exact number in your group when you make your booking.
Arranmore Holiday Village does not accept bookings from Hen or Stag Parties or groups/individuals under the age of 21 years.
Booking Deposit
A booking deposit of 100 Euro per property per week is required to confirm accommodation. Confirmation will be issued to you upon receipt of the deposit.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Directions and instructions regarding arrival at the property will be issued on receipt of the balance of payment.
Payment can be made using Cash, Cheque with valid Guarantee Card, Laser Card or Credit Card.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, the following applies:
The booking deposit is not refundable but the option to change your booking for other dates is available provided that more than four weeks notice of cancellation is provided. Changes to reservations will be subject to availability.
Bookings for two night stays which are changed to a one night stay, will be liable for full payment for two night booking. Bookings calculated on a per person basis will be charged as per original number of guests in the event that some guests do not turn up.
Check in/out
Check in time is after 2:00pm on the day of arrival
Check out is before 11:30 am on day of departure.
These times should as far as possible, be adhered to. Please contact us 24 hours before your arrival to arrange key collection. Late arrivals may in some cases be facilitated by prior arrangement only.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of €150 per property is payable on arrival. The damage deposit is returned to you once the property has been checked to ensure that the property is left in order. Please ensure that the property is left in a clean & tidy condition. Part or all of the deposit may be retained if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition. Any breakages should be reported & paid for on departure. Excessive damage to any property will be the responsibility of the person who made the booking.
Lost Keys
A charge of €60 per key will be levied per unreturned key to cover the cost of replacement locks, keys & fobs.
Bed Linen & Towels
Bed linen & towels are supplied; towels remain the property of the holiday village & should not be removed from the property. Beach towels are not supplied.
Utility Charges
Heating and electricity are extra charges payable by the guest on departure. Charges are based on individual meter readings.
Solid Fuel
Coal, briquettes can be purchased locally from Comharchumann Oileán Árainn Mhór. Please advise in advance if you require solid fuel.
Special Requests
Please let us know when booking if you will require a cot, highchair etc. or if you have any other special requests. Bedding for cots is not supplied.
Smoking
In the interest of safety & comfort of other guests, we would ask you to refrain from smoking in the cottages.
Unsociable & Disruptive Behaviour
Guests involved in behaviour which disturbs or threatens other guests or employees will be required to leave the Holiday Village.
Childcare
Please ensure that children are not left unattended and remain in the care of a responsible adult at all times.
Liability
Arranmore Holiday Village or its employees shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or personal injury which may be sustained by persons or property at any time during the reserved stay.
